The NTUC Youth Taskforce was launched at LIT DISCOvery 2022 to understand the work-life needs, aspirations and concerns of youth as they graduate from school and enter the workplace.
After a year-long effort, we engaged 10,568 youth aged 17-25 years old, and concluded the Youth Taskforce at LIT DISCOvery 2023.

The Youth Taskforce is led by Young NTUC, the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Since our founding in April of 2005, Young NTUC has grown to over 150,000 members aged 35 years and below and strive to give voice to the needs and aspirations of young workers.
